How credits work
Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance for generation. The credits used vary by what you generate, so the slide counts above are estimates.
Unused credits roll over without a time or quantity limit. When paid membership actually ends, remaining credits from your plan, purchases, bonuses and migrated balances expire and are not restored if you rejoin. A scheduled cancellation keeps these credits usable until membership ends. Accounts that have never started paid membership keep their valid credits.

Frequently Asked Questions
Plan & Billing shows your confirmed balance, included credits, purchases, and usage history. A checkout updates your balance after payment is confirmed. Credits deducted for a failed generation are restored under the same rollover and expiry rules. Approved refunds reverse only credits linked to that payment; already expired unused credits are not deducted again.
Cancel in Plan & Billing. Within 7 days of the current period's payment, with no credits used during that period, cancellation refunds the payment in full and ends your plan immediately. Otherwise, it stops the next renewal and keeps your plan available until the paid period ends; you can restore renewal before then. Review the applicable refund and end date before confirming. Credit top-ups qualify within 7 days if that purchase is wholly unused. Duplicate payments are refunded. Statutory rights and remedies for service defects or unprovided service remain available even after use. For other refunds or unconfirmed eligibility, contact contact@kivo.art.
Choose a plan in Plan & Billing and review the charge, extra credits and next billing terms before confirming. Monthly Plus-to-Pro upgrades apply after successful payment and confirmation, with the price difference and extra credits prorated for the remaining period. Existing credits and the billing date stay unchanged. Pro-to-Plus downgrades apply at the next renewal without an immediate refund or credit deduction. A plan change does not cancel an existing cancellation request.

Rejoining does not restore them. Credits explicitly granted without an expiry keep that lifetime. Until a scheduled cancellation takes effect, credits remain usable and are retained if renewal is restored. Accounts that have never started paid membership keep their valid credits.
